A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
These days, you would be forgiven for thinking that fitness is a "commodity" that you can purchase and download. Fitness companies advertise classes built around providing identical, impersonal, group classes to hundreds of people at the same time, with no account taken of individual ability, fitness, or health goals.
I think this is a shame. I believe that fitness is a personal issue and that every individual has the right to experience training that is right for them personally, not one-size-fits-all. Because of this, I have trained in disciplines like Pilates, Yoga, and Flexibility that are designed to support individuals' fitness goals and that can be tailored to meet individual needs.
My classes focus on making reaching your fitness goals fun as well as rewarding and effective. For me, the best thing about being an instructor is meeting people and making a difference to their lives. Why not come and try a class with me, and experience the difference for yourself!
